Shipping Policy

Order Processing: We process orders Monday through Saturday, orders received after 12:00 pm are shipped the following business day. We do not process orders on Sundays or during holidays. Turnaround: Orders received before 12:00 p.m. will be shipped same day, orders received after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the following business day.

Shipping: Orders are shipped 5 days a week Monday through Friday. We do not ship on weekends or during holidays, although we do ship USPS orders on Saturday. UPS ground shipping takes about 5 business days in transit. But please note, ground shipping does not guarantee specific time and can take longer than 5 days. We do offer UPS next day air and 2nd day air plus UPS 3 day select. If you select one of these expedited options for shipping it will be shipped same day if your order is received by 12:00 pm., otherwise it will be shipped the following business day.

Flat Rate Shipping: Our flat rate shipping is our most economical shipping method. It is a flat rate based on zones within the lower 48 states. View our flat rate shipping rates here. We utilize both USPS and UPS when you select a flat rate. Flat rate shipping is shipped by ground so transit times are veritable. Local orders (Southern California) are usually one day in transit. The farther you are located from us (Lake Mathews, CA.) the longer the transit time. Usually 2 to 5 transit days, but could take up to 10 days to reach you. Please note, major holidays may effect transit times as would natural disasters.

We currently do not ship international or to APO/FPO addresses, we also do not ship to Hawaii or Alaska.

Missing or Damaged: We are always happy to help replace or refund your missing or damaged items within 30 days of purchase. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem. Call us at 909-393-2726 or email MikeandKaren@RidgedaleOrchard.com. Any missing, damaged or incorrect items from order older than 30 days will be issued an in store credit.

If a package is sent to the wrong address, and is returned to us, you are responsible for the reshipping costs. Please check your shipping address before placing your order.

Returns Policy

Returns: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if there is ever a time when something you’ve order from us does not live up to your expectations, we want to know about it. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products you may return them within 30 days of purchase. You will have your choice of a refund, exchange or gift certificate for the purchase of another item.
