Our homemade small batch Blenheim
Apricot jam has just the right amount of ginger to add warmth and a little zing.
Spread some on your breakfast breads, stir it into hot cereal or use as glaze ham,
pork or chicken. Delicious!
Ginger adds a zingy and aromatic flavor to our apricot jam. Blenheim apricots are known for their complex yet perfectly balanced sweet-tart flavor. Their fruit is golden yellow with blushes of red. Because they bruise easily they are rarely grown commercially and are listed as an endangered crop.
