A blend of our sweet Blenheim Apricot
jam and jalapeno peppers picked fresh from our gardens. Not too hot, just
enough heat to make it interesting. Especially delicious with cheese and crackers.
Blenheim apricots are known for their complex yet perfectly balanced sweet-tart flavor. Their fruit is golden yellow with blushes of red. Because they bruise easily they are rarely grown commercially and are listed as an endangered crop. They love the climate here in Lake Mathews and produce an incredibly flavorful fruit.
