Jalapeno - HOT Jam

Hotter then our regular Jalapeno jam, we use half the seeds from the peppers.

We grow the Emerald Fire variety of Jalapeno Peppers. They're plump, juicy with lots of solids, perfect for making jam. We pick them green adding just a few red for a full complement of flavor.
